Airborne is the first game in the series, on PC at least, that where it's evident the process has begun it's refinement. Usually great games weighed down by bad and frustrating game design, especially on the harder difficulties, largely caused by the gaming industry trying to find it's feet, especially with the fps genre. The Medal of Honor series, at least of what I've played so far has been a mixed bag.
